The KEPRO Annual Circular Packaging Conference (KACPC) is Kenya’s leading national platform for sustainable packaging, the circular economy, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). Now in its 4th edition (KACPC IV), the conference has evolved into the country’s most influential gathering of leaders shaping the future of packaging, resource recovery, and sustainable business.
KACPC IV brings together government leaders, policymakers, CEOs, manufacturers, brand owners, retailers, recyclers, investors, development partners, financial institutions, innovators, and sustainability professionals to influence the conversations, partnerships, and solutions that will define the next chapter of Kenya’s circular economy.

The conference will be held on Friday, 2nd October 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Nairobi, Westlands.
The main conference programme will run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, followed by an Executive Networking & Cocktail Session from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Early Bird registration closes on 31st August 2026. We encourage delegates to register early, as tickets are limited and demand is expected to be high.

Yes. The venue has dedicated parking with capacity for over 60 vehicles.
